Slitter Machine Operator

Proman Staffing has partnered with a well-known supplier of Automotive interior Protective products, Located in Spartanburg, SC

Purpose: This position is responsible for slitting master rolls down to sizes we can use in production.

Slitter Machine Operator Job summary:
$16.00 or more to start, pay based on exp
1st shift 4X12 7am to 7pm Monday-Thursday
3rd shift 4X12 7:00pm-7:00am Monday-Thursday Subject to change if needed
Spreading material to the appropriate length of pre-cut panels
Setting up Slitter Machine for correct sizes to be cut
Selecting Laser cutter settings into the computer
Following specification sheets for quality assurance

Slitter machine Requirements:
Must have 1 year Experience
This job requires the ability to inspect the face and the back of the Material visually and physically for defects. The job also requires good team and safety skills
Must be able to lift 25-50lbs
Must be able to work with Minimal supervision
