Sleep Center Manager

JOB SUMMARY: Works under the direction of the Director of Sleep & Neurodiagnostic Center. Provides supervision of Technologists, Technicians, Trainees and other Sleep & Neurodiagnostic Center staff. Provides hands-on care. Supervises staff in day-to-day operations, performance management, training, staff and patient scheduling, and patient complaint resolution. Provides community education and marketing for physicians and patients on evaluation and treatment of sleep and neurologic disorders. Develops and enhances processes and policies to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for polysomnography, electroencephalography, home studies, and CPAP. Creates staff schedules. Serves as the quality coordinator in planning and implementing performance improvement activities. Manages program operations during business hours and on 24-hour 7 days a week basis as dictated by center needs. Assists in budget preparation. Identify opportunities and plans to increase revenue and improve cost containment.
