We have recently opened our newest Kickback Jacks restaurant in the Virginia Beach VA area and have relocated some of our Richmond/Fredericksburg leaders to open the new location. This make for a great opportunity to join one of the best growth restaurant companies in the Richmond market. We are privately owned and building very busy restaurants. We are willing and able to pay for excellent talent and great leadership attitudes and results. We have made excellent progress throughout Covid including removing our former late night hours as we now close at 12:00am Midnight. Service Managers (Leader): Skilled manager(s) with detailed understanding of Service - Host - Bar operations and the vocal coaching skills to build happy and high performing teams.
Kitchen Managers (Leaders): Skilled manager(s) with detailed understanding of Great food quality, kitchen operations, food cost, cleanliness, organization, labor awareness and control. Skilled vocal coaching to build happy and high performing teams.
