Job Functions
- Build/maintain DevOps toolkit for trading system that includes configuration management, deployment, data collection, etc.
- Leverage firm-wide metrics to improve system performance
- Monitor and troubleshoot large-scale trading systems and exchange connectivity
- Work with Operational Trading Support and Risk Management to coordinate changes.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3 years minimum experience in Python and Shell scripting
- 5 years minimum experience in an IT operations role, like DevOps, SRE, Network Engineering, or Linux Systems Engineering
- Strong understanding of networking concepts
- Familiarity with C
This role is a Hybrid role based in either Austin, Texas or Chicago. This is a full time role- no C2C or C2H.
