Overview Join our team and continue your mission. We are seeking a Site Project Manager to oversee and ensure responsibility for achieving performance objectives and standards. Responsibilities What You'll Get To Do: Administers instructions to security personnel assigned to the site and assures that all officers are familiar with the facility and their duties. Notify the chain of command of all unusual, emergency, and/or significant situations/factors concerning security personnel at the site. Verify that all officers receive and understand new, changed, or special instructions. Conduct investigations into security matters and report findings to the chain of command and the client. Accurately maintain all field file records of employees assigned to the site. Manage the staffing of posts at the site to ensure complete coverage. Review and ensure clarity, completeness, accuracy, and legibility of all written reports, timesheets, & logbook entries. Ensure post orders & operations manuals are accurate and up to date. Direct security personnel in any unusual or emergencies requiring immediate and necessary action. Maintain daily liaisons with contract officials to ensure the terms of the contract are being met to the client's satisfaction and expectation. Oversee and directly or indirectly supervises all security force officer personnel on the contract site. Qualifications You'll Bring These Qualifications: Minimum of a master's degree in Criminal Justice or related discipline, or a minimum of 10 years' experience in law enforcement or a security related area. Must be previously fully commissioned by an accredited law enforcement agency or possess a Diploma or Certificate as a graduate of a Federal, State, local or military service approved/recognized basic law enforcement or a physical security academy. Minimum of ten (8) years' experience in security or law enforcement administrative and substantial operations experience in the armed forces, security, police, or civilian equivalent or related field, three (3) of which is at the supervisory level. Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible general experience gained in analytical decision making and administrative work and activities. Minimum of three (3) years of specialized experience directly related to the work performed in physical security or law enforcement. Knowledge and/or experience in project management and business rules. Knowledgeable in the application of intrusion detection devices and electronic security systems. Strong personnel management skills; excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Superior knowledge, analytical, persuasion, and problem-solving skills relative to health, safety, environmental, and business matters. Ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks simultaneously. Capable of assimilating and critically evaluating information.
