Vision IT is seeking a dynamic Site Manager SME to oversee operations and provide subject matter expertise in Fort Stewart, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the site, while also serving as a resource in their respective field. Responsibilities May Include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Manage day- to- day operations at the site, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Provide subject matter expertise in Site Management to support project planning and execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company polices.

• Act as a liaison between on-site personnel and upper management, providing regular updates and reports on site activities and performance.

• Communicates with customers and prepares/submits performance metrics regarding meeting timelines established responsive to meeting the milestones for project tasking.

• Coordinates actions and resolution to contract, personnel and subcontractor issues.

• Lead weekly performance progress briefs identifying work accomplished, scheduled milestone achievement/delays and projected future work milestones and brief weekly performance. Required Education, Experience, Clearance and Certification(s):

• 8+ years of Site Manager experience.

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.

• Expertise in leading with a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building positive relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Experience serving as the Government's POC and consulting regularly with the COR/Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) concerning support requirements, schedule, cost and cost control, problem resolution, and operation planning.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to effectively address challenges in a fast-paced environment. Desired Education, Experience and Certifications:

• Completed various project management courses (PMI, Six Sigma, etc.)

• Management experience in USARPAC and USARC environment
