Primary Duties & Responsibilities We seek an individual that has the ability to Collaborate with Segment Sales, Product, Operations and Finance teams to support the growth of the Lasers North America business. This Finance leader will continue to integrate and improve reporting, business processes and systems to Coherent including the following responsibilities: Collaborate with the business and operations teams to drive the monthly revenue forecast and build plans Support long range planning processes by product and market Develop business process and system improvements and support broader Finance process and automation initiatives Education & Experience 15+ overall years of experience in Finance at technology companies Bachelor's degree or MBA (or equivalent experience) Skills Leadership capabilities to xxxx Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills. Work effectively with other members of II-VI A&D xxxxx. Safety Requirements Expertise in Hardware business models, build planning, forecasting, analysis, market models, related metrics Exceptional business sense and ability to understand and resolve complex business issues Experience with leading ERP systems, Oracle a plus, and tools, including visualization, with strength in process and system improvements Dynamic interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence across all levels within the company Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp. Corporate EHS standards. Working Conditions Working conditions typical of a climate controlled and professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Must be able to travel globally up to 10% of the time or more as the job requires.
