Job Summary Job Summary The Home Visitor is responsible for conducting weekly 90-minute home visits with pregnant women, and/or children, and their families. Home Visitors maintain a caseload of 10-12 families providing high-quality health and development education, as well providing early learning experiences in the home. Services are provided to pregnant mothers and continue until children turn three years of age. The Home Visitor supports parents to serve as the child's first teacher and to ensure that they are ready for school.
