Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and optimization of silicone fabrication processes to ensure high-quality, cost-effective production.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure products meet all specifications, regulations, and industry standards.

Drive innovation in silicone product design and manufacturing techniques, staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.

Conduct rigorous testing and validation of new products and materials, adhering to stringent quality control and regulatory standards.

Provide technical expertise and leadership in problem-solving and process improvements, ensuring scalability and efficiency in production.

Manage projects from conception through to production, ensuring timelines, budget constraints, and customer expectations are met.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Science, or related field), with a Masters or PhD degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in silicone fabrication, specifically within the medical device industry.

Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and other relevant standards.

Proven track record of leading successful product development projects in a regulated environment.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
