Siebel/Oracle Backend Developers with Security Clearance

Our Annapolis MD based client is looking for multiple Siebel/Oracle backend Developers. If you are interested in these positions. Please forward a copy of your updated resume in word format to Work to be performed at: Annapolis Junction MD 20701 DESCRIPTION: Our client currently has three major credentialing systems that are in the operations and maintenance (O&M) system lifecycle. While they are currently separate and distinct, TSA is currently managing and driving a consolidation effort to incorporate each system into one unified system. The Contractor shall provide Adaptive Maintenance and Tier 3 Support services. The Contractor shall support the Government defined technical solution for the consolidation effort. Task Description: The Siebel/Oracle backend Developer participates in agile teams developing custom software solutions for mission-critical security systems in support of the Transportation Security Administration. Required skills/Level of Experience:
3-4 years experience with thee the following:

• At least 2 year2 of experience developing and/or supporting Siebel CRM applications
• Experience in supporting development and maintenance of Siebel workflows and using integration based capabilities using Siebel EAI

• Experience implementing Siebel workflows with external services made available via microservices (for example: external payment service provided by pay.gov)

• Experience configuring business rules in Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) and integrating with Siebel Application workflows

• Experience working in agile development environments and using engineering tools that support agile development and especially SAFe such as JIRA/Confluence Rally VersionOne
