What Are We Looking for?

We are looking for a reliable and safe Shuttle Driver. Must be experienced in vehicle operations. Reports to the Chief of Care Management

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arranges and edits transport schedules based on passengers' needs.
  • Determines the collection and drop-off points for each trip and adheres to the vehicle's passenger limit.
  • Arriving at collection points prior to departure times.
  • Confirming that all passengers are present, recording no-shows, and notifying supervisor.
  • Assists passengers on and off vehicles when needed.
  • Performs vehicle inspections, including always maintaining a clean shuttle van and presentable, fueling as needed.
  • Transports patients to and from appointments, AA/NA meetings, recreational activities, medical appointments when necessary, using the company vehicle.

Required qualifications:

  • Must have a clean record.
  • Valid Driver License
  • Eligible to pass background checks.
  • Physically able to operate vehicles.
  • Customer Service/Care Experience.
