Shower Enclosure Installer

Job Description We are looking for a skilled professional who can expertly install a wide range of fixtures and accessories in residential settings. We want all of our Installation Technicians to be cross-trained to install all of the products we offer. Your tasks will include installing Organization Systems (closets) in Wire Shelving and Laminate Shelving, Mirrors & Shower Doors, Bath Hardware, and Window Coverings with precision and attention to detail. In addition, you will be responsible for meticulously completing a punch-out list and adding the final touches that transform the house into a perfect living space. Responsibilities: Install shower door kits and custom shower doors for both " sliding doors, barn door sliders, and heavy 3/8" glass shower doors Measure and mount mirror(s) to the wall ensuring they are level Mount towel racks and toilet paper holders to walls Install Wire Shelving Install Laminate/Melamine Closets Shelving Systems Follow the shelving template to cut material and pre-drill holes and fasten closet shelves to the wall Load/unload materials Communicate directly to the customer/builder when necessary Compensation: Depending on experience, starting pay can be $18 an hour for 2-4 weeks during initial training Once initial training is completed pay can be $20 an hour until fully trained Depending on skills and abilities pay can be $30 an hour, with the option for piecework calculated at $40 an hour Preferred Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry Proficient in using hand and power tools Valid driver's license to drive a company vehicle Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for extended periods of time Must have basic speaking in the English language Physical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
