When: 6/10-6/21 Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p less 30 min unpaid lunch (may consider p/t, but must be a set weekly schedule)
We are looking for an full-time Family NP; all days preferred but if not a set weekly scheduling is mandatory. We work with the corporate staff population of Liberty Mutual and would like our covering providers to have primary care experience including but not limited to the following:
• Annual physicals
• Immunizations
• Lab service and phlebotomy skills (preferred)
• Biometric screening
• Preventive health exams
• Referral coordination
• Travel medicine
• Virtual health
• Women's health. 5 years of experience preferred, but exceptions made per provider and experience details. CPR req'd and will need to be able to pass Client's BG check. EPIC experience highly preferred.
REQUIRED:
MA state license; active, unrestricted
DEA
Board Certified
Certifications- BLS through AHA
