The Shop Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of pumps used in various applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pump Tear-Down and Repair: Disassemble, evaluate, and repair various pump types including piston-driven, vane, compressor, and multistage pumps.
- Mechanical Seals and Packing: Install and inspect mechanical seals and packing arrangements.
- Custom Fabrication: Machine various components, build custom base plates, bend metal guards.
- PVC Pump Systems: Design and construct PVC pump systems tailored to specific customer needs.
- Field Support: Provide onsite repair services and customer support.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct preventative maintenance to keep clients equipment in top condition.
- Building Operations: Handle necessary building maintenance tasks.
