We are looking for an experienced Shop Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven work experience in a prior supervisory role. This position will be responsible for coordinating workflow between the 3 Departments and Owners.
Pay Range: Salary ($81,000 to $85,000)
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (7am to 4pm)
Work Location: Beaumont, CA
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Review Timesheets and approve employee work hours for shop employees
• Maintain a weekly, daily, and monthly milestone schedule based on task hierarchy
• Review all purchase orders for shop employees
• Inspect work logs and ensure employees are staying on task
• Point of Contact for any off-hour's items that may need to be resolved
• Prepares maintenance schedules for motor vehicles and heavy equipment; notifies drivers and operators when maintenance is to be performed.
• Maintains DOT maintenance and repair records for company vehicles and equipment.
• Oversees shop inventory, orders parts, shop supplies, and equipment.
• Ensures all applicable safety standards and regulations are followed in facility.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Provide reports to management
