Job Details:
Responsibilities include the management of supplier base and products purchased from outside sources. You will negotiate agreements that deliver value to our stakeholders ensuring service, quality and added value maximizing the supplier's capabilities.
Responsibilities and Duties include (but not limited to):
• Secures quotes from qualified vendors of assigned materials to obtain most favorable prices and services to meet production plan
• Plans and negotiates long term contracts
• Manage supply chain initiatives including coordinating supplier selection
• Initiating, evaluating and tracking supplier cost, quality, and delivery improvement initiatives
• Monitor logistics to insure timely shipment of products with proper documentation
