TITLE: Shipper/Receiver

ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: Onsite
SHIFT: M-F 8/9am to 4/4:30pm
We are looking for a Shipper/Receiver that is accountable for sending completed products to customers and receiving external supplier parts and materials.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Make certain that all goods are labeled, packaged, and shipped correctly.
- Establish that all received incoming parts from external suppliers are numbered and matched with the correct order packet
- Make certain that all external supplier paperwork is received and attached to the proper order packet.
- Ensure that all goods being sent to external suppliers are labeled, packaged, and shipped correctly
- Make certain that all purchased goods and parts are put in their appropriate department.
- Accountable for stocking goods needed for shipment of products and notifying the Director of Operations when supplies are low
- Accountable for verifying the number of parts appropriated for stock once an order is completed
- Turns in completed stock documentation to the Administrative Assistant or Direct of Operations
QUALIFICATIONS - Experience working as a Shipper.
- To execute this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform all duties excellently
- Must be able to read and understand packing lists in reference to incoming materials
- Must be able to read and understand routing sheet to establish outgoing customer orders and incoming supplier materials.
- Must be able to understand several types of packing lists from various external suppliers
