Brunswick Cove Living Center, LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate Shift Nurses to join our team. As a Shift Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing direct nursing care and support to our residents. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall well-being and comfort of our residents.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitor and assess patients' conditions and document care provided

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions

Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding

Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures and self-care

Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements

Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of employment

Experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred

Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well within a team

Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

12 Hour Shifts
