- Overall min 15 years of IT experience
- Experienced resource in Microsoft technologies
- Must have working experience in M365, Modern SharePoint, Power Platform
- Must have experience on Azure, .Net custom development.
- Should have at least 3 years experience in leading a team of developers.
- Must have at least 3 years experience in directly talking with client stake holders.
- Excellent communications skills
