THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As a Sewer and Drain Plumbing Specialist, get ready to take on a variety of tasks:
- Perform drain cleaning services for residential properties
- Handle all customer calls, including service, maintenance, warranty, diagnostics, 2nd opinions, and estimates
- Utilize working knowledge of ServiceTitan for efficient customer management
- Communicate with dispatch to schedule and debrief the customer database
- Ensure complete, accurate, and updated information
- Participate in all company-sponsored training classes
- Effectively manage conflict resolution with clients and team members through clear communication
- Address concerns, questions, or problems expediently
Throughout the day, you seamlessly service customer calls, coordinate with dispatch for scheduling and debriefing, and actively participate in company-sponsored training classes. You take a hands-on approach to service issues in San Antonio and surrounding areas and our customers are so grateful for all you do.
Here's what we need from you:
- Relevant experience as a licensed apprentice plumber
- Endorsement: Restricted Drain Cleaner or Unrestricted Drain Cleaner (You need 1,500 verified hours through the State of Texas)
- Ability to educate clients
- A valid Texas driver's license
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED
