Several IM/Hospitalists Needed to join Group

Southwest Tennessee Hospitalist group is seeking several physicians for flexible schedules to join group. Physicians rotate call during the week, 12 hours, and are responsible for new admits. They keep their own admits and see them through their hospital stay, rounding on them daily (during the week), as well as hand offs from the night amits. On average, physician will work about every 3rd weekend per month, either taking call or rounding, and will share nights, where there is extra call pay. This group is very flexible with scheduling, and emphasize need for family and personal time, teamwork and hard work.
