SETA Agile Program Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a TS/SCI Cleared SETA Agile Program Manager to support our United States Space Force's Space Systems Command in El Segundo, CA. The position requires an individual with strong technical project management skills and experience in the space control mission area. This is a diverse portfolio of 60+ space and ground-based programs valued over $10B to develop, acquire, field, and sustain vital, cutting-edge military space capabilities for our nation's warfighters, civil space, and allies. This role is based out of El Segundo, CA. Responsibilities for the Agile Program Manager: Provide technical project management support enabling the Government to execute agile programs, oversee software development, and field systems and applications. Establish and define program planning requirements; monitor and report on contractor performance given technical, cost, and schedule objectives. Draft technical evaluations and function as advisor in source selection activities Facilitate and enhance program management and related processes throughout Program Office Qualifications for the Agile Program Manager: Relevant Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of experience in technical project management, systems engineering, or Agile/DevSecOps software development activities Must have an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI. And willing and able to obtain a CI Polygraph Compensation for the Agile Program Manager $170,000-$190,000 with some flexibility depending on education and seniority.
