Set-up Machinist
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience as a set-up machinist
utilizing HAAS and Fanuc controls.
Our work is based around a high setup environment so the ability to understand
setups is a must.
Responsibilities:
Revise programs to eliminate instruction errors or omissions.
Creates standard drawings, and creation of complex drawings, which
involve dimensions, tolerance, intricate details, auxiliary views and
projections from sketches, layouts, or engineering data as required.

May assist in the preparation of bills of material, engineering change orders,
and other documentation.
Perform set-ups, runs, and checking first part and in many cases finish
production run
Own and bring tools required for role
Creates CNC programs for multitasking mill-turn machine tools and
provides some technical support to manufacturing personnel.
Under limited supervision, must be able to do first-time-run-through on his
or her programs in an accurate and timely manner to
Ensure proper documentation and setup information for repeat runs.
Perform complex set-ups and various machining operations as required.
Experience with close tolerance precision machining.
Additional Requirements
Must be a US Citizen
Good written and oral communication
Must be able to lift 50 lbs with varying frequency.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Other job duties as required

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
