We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with a proven track record of success in leading and implementing ServiceNow solutions. With over 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, including at least 5-7 years in a Technical Architect role, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing complex solutions leveraging various ServiceNow modules and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow modules/products such as ITSM, ITOM (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery & Event Mgmt), APM, HRSD, IRM, BCM, IT Asset Management, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and solution designs.
- Conduct technical workshops, presentations, and training sessions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in ServiceNow solution architecture and implementation methodologies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior team members, providing guidance on technical challenges and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, with at least 5-7 years in a Technical Architect role.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules/products and their integration capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, BCM, and other ServiceNow modules.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
