Job Description:

Role Description:
Act as a Project/Onsite lead for ServiceNow development project Collaborates with the team on Sprint planning, refinement and executions. Leads a development project, provide updates on project progress, and proactively communicate issues that may impact project success. Work on Requirements analysis, Design, Development, Testing & Code migration activities Support Offshore team on day to day deliveries, design & code reviews, provide technical guidance Responsible for the full lifecycle, planning, and development, integrations Experience in designing new servicenow applications, integrations using various methods and data feeds Collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure solutions provide the best user experience Works with partners to design and implement integration/data feeds/interfaces with other systems, such as APIs and Authentication Participates in ServiceNow platform communities and stay up to date on new software technologies and best practices Promote ServiceNow best practices and recommend out of the box solutions where appropriate. Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues

Experience (Years):
10 & Above

Essential Skills:
Should have at least 10yrs of experience in ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, Service Portal & developing scoped applications Knowledge on building any solution in ServiceNow for any modules like, ITSM, Service Portal, Service Catalog. Experienced in Custom application development .Atleast 2 years of experience in Servicenow IRM & 2 years of experience in Service Portal is mandatory Must have experience in servicenow integrations, predominantly in REST APIs Must have worked on Server side and client-side scripting in ServiceNow. Should have worked on Incident, Change and Problem Management, Catalogs, Tasks Should have worked on building Catalogs, variable sets, Transform Maps, Client scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACL. Excellent coder using JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap framework Must have good experience in creating business rules, Script includes, Email Notifications etc Well versed with data exchange formats like JSON, XML Good knowledge on adding multiple pages and adding widgets on portal in ServiceNow Ability to build custom widgets as per the need for each requirement Have knowledge on workflow build or modify workflows based on client requirements. Must have very good debugging skill along with coding skills Have a passion for Programming and problem solving Must have worked in Agile methodology Must have directly worked with the customers

Desirable Skills:
3+ yrs of Experience in ServiceNow IRM (GRC) modules will be an added advantage
