Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is searching for a full time ServiceNow Developer in Philadelphia, PA. This is an on-site position at NSWC Philadelphia. Job Responsibilities Provide full software development lifecycle development and ongoing operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and administration support for Information Systems Develop ServiceNow modules using industry best practices Support the development of integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, including information Technology Service Management (ITSM) integration with ServiceNow Develop complex workflows within ServiceNow Develop new data tables within ServiceNow to support ongoing work Generate reports and dashboards within ServiceNow Implement and sustain ServiceNow modules Perform basic system administration duties with ServiceNow Maintain configuration management and version control for all development and operational code Leverage both manual and automated functional (initial, regression) and non-functional (security, performance) testing in the CI/CD pipeline Required Skills/Experience Master's level degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with field of concentration in computer science 7 years of professional experience in Information Systems Demonstrated experience performing the majority of the tasks as described in the Job Description A current U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance Desired Skills/Experiences Experience supporting USN systems and applications Desired Certifications ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist (CAS) ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) This position is contingent upon proposal award.
