Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ServiceNow Administrator / Engineer to join our team. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with a strong background in ServiceNow administration and engineering, and who holds an active TS/SCI clearance. The candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our ServiceNow platform to enhance business processes and service management.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Implement ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and new functionalities.
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Provide technical support and training to ServiceNow users.
Conduct regular system audits and prepare reports on system performance and issues.
Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Engineer.
Proficient in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and development.
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist.
Experience in scripting within ServiceNow (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
