Essential Skills:
- Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations. - Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable. - Gain familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.
