ServiceNow Developer Duties and Responsibilities Determine problem areas within our current framework and recommend solutions Develop processes with ServiceNow that improve user access and navigation Collaborate with the project manager to establish timelines, specifications, and budget Implement and monitor changes to ensure a smooth transition Conduct staff training on new procedures Provide regular updates on project status to supervisors Troubleshoot issues for staff and customers ServiceNow Developer Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer information systems, or a similar field 2+ years of working with ServiceNow, including configuring an ITSM service catalog ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals certification is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Flexible schedule
