Proven success developing in ServiceNow scripting languages, configuring and customizing client and server side (i.e. business rules, UI policies/scripts/formatters/ macros, transform maps/scripts, scheduled jobs, script includes, scripted REST APIs, access controls, user criteria)
Solid grasp of ServiceNow core architecture and application frameworks, especially within the ITSM and ITOM product suites
Ability to build, administer and run workflow configuration and flow designer
Effectively execute on technical approach as defined by architect(s) and process engineer(s) leveraging platform best practices and minimizing technical debt
Deliver update sets and support releases in accordance with agile development methodology
Collaborate closely with internal team to address implementation tasks as part of the projects and SDLC
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and patching, regression testing and remediation
