Role: ServiceNow CMDB Architect

CMDB Architect:

You should be 10+ years experience in ServiceNow CMDB and well verse about integration Framework.

You will provide your expert recommendations on proposed implementations, architect new ServiceNow service management systems and processes.

You will define ServiceNow roadmap for major ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, CSDM,) and integration framework

You will define the architecture and roadmap of ServiceNow's CSDM/CMDB best practices to increase operations and business outcomes across the enterprise, allowing for greater visibility of the customer service impact with a better holistic view of the service operations.

You will establish architecture standards, provide guidance, and conduct code/functional reviews to the project team on the technical design format and content.

You will work in an Agile environment to maintain, configure, operate, implement and extend our ServiceNow service management systems and processes.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders across Rogers to define technical and procedural requirements. From there, you will design, test, and implement solutions that fit the needs of the business.

Ability to bring clarity to complex business problems and communicate concepts in a meaningful and concise way.

Strong ServiceNow knowledge and experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions for: ITSM, CSM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Integration Hub, portals & workflows

Strong capabilities to define the solution foundation and building blocks, conforming to ServiceNow standards and best practices, majorly in ITSM, CMDB, SAM/HAM and Service Catalog/Portal applications; based on Business need and translate into business, functional and technical requirements.

Ability to drive corporate alignment and architect Network/IT service mapping framework based on CMDB and CSDM industry-standards.

Works with application teams globally to ensure their data is accurate and is continuously being updated and/or maintained

Participates as a member of an IT technical team. Performs basic analysis of functional or service requirements. Implements end-user or enterprise infrastructure or services as prepared by more senior engineers. Provides end user and routine or basic support of enterprise platforms and services.

Monitors the environment and resolves issues utilizing available knowledge reference documentation. Monitors production schedules and ensures production jobs complete successfully without issues. Ensures complete and timely hand-off of incidents to other support teams as appropriate. Assists with enterprise-wide system maintenance and change implementation
