ServiceNow Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture.
Develop and implement ServiceNow roadmaps and strategies.
Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including workflows and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Establish and enforce development and governance standards.
Conduct regular platform health checks and audits.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
Identify opportunities for automation within IT and business processes.
Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues.
Manage instance upgrades and patches.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience with ServiceNow, including 3 years in a lead or architect role.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relevant programming languages.
Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
