Xpertise Recruitment are looking for a ServiceNow Specialist on a permanent basis for a key client in Manchester who are going through an exciting insourcing process and building out a permanent team.

Key responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the support of ServiceNow, including general administration
- Maintain ServiceNow integrity across the business
- Perform testing and installation of new releases and updates
- Develop workflows fields and UI forms, as well as notifications
- Maintain SLA agreement
