You will be placed in a job title that aligns with your skills, experience, and community needs. With general direction, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs (i.e., replace AC filters and light bulbs, repair and paint walls, clean common areas, assist with apartment turns, etc.) You will provide exemplary service to residents and team members. With limited direction, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs (i.e., completion of basic apartment turn, troubleshoot and repair plumbing leaks, install and replace sinks, faucets, and toilets. Troubleshoot and replace basic electrical components, etc.)
