What does a Service Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola? Visit customers in assigned geography to diagnose and repair moderate to highly complex Coca-Cola beverage equipment provided to customers for resale of Coca-Cola products. Responsible for the transportation, installation, removal, and repair (as needed) of fountain beverage dispensers, vendor and cooler equipment as assigned. Works under limited supervision Responsibilities Diagnose multiple types of complex fountain machine equipment ( e.g. B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine) and other beverage equipment to determine work, parts, and materials needed and make required repairs. Move or remove equipment as required Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area Effective and appropriate interaction with customers, management, and associates Upon completion of service call, clean and sanitize equipment, clean work area By use of handheld device; document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) use for each activity Correctly check in and out equipment and materials (parts and supplies) Maintain accurate parts inventory ($30-$35K est. value). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle Performs other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma (or GED) required CFC Refrigeration Certification upon hire preferred 2+ years experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances required Must be at least 21 years of age Must have a valid driver's license, driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements Swire Coca-Cola is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer that participates in the E-Verify program as required by law.
