Your job title will be based on your skills, experience, and the community's requirements. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service to residents and team members. Perform resident-requested repairs and services independently (e.g., HVAC troubleshooting, complex plumbing installations/repairs, electrical component troubleshooting/replacement, household appliance installations/repairs/replacements). Provide technical guidance and training to lower-level Service Technicians and support their technical skill development. May assist in vendor quality management.
