The Maintenance Technician will provide guidance in the installation and maintenance of our industrial equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment. This will include installing new equipment, performing regular services and maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conduct all preventive and general maintenance on machine tools and equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and adjust equipment and machinery within the facility.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance installations, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Review blueprints and manufacturing manuals to determine the preventative maintenance schedules.
- Provide support and offer guidance to cross-functional team members
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with all safety and quality processes.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Place orders for new and replacement parts for machines as needed.
