We are a growing service provider for the relatively new "Age in Place" sector, modifying Senior's homes so they can postpone moving to a senior care facility. We are searching for a reliable Service Technician to provide general home services to our customers in our community area. If you have 5 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work, we want to hear from you. We are looking for: Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking Grab Bar Installation Flooring Repair and Installation General Home Repairs and Handyman Work Kitchen/Bathroom Repair / Remodel Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Painting Interior and Exterior Tile Experience a Plus What we value: FAMILY - Why else are we in this business? The appropriate candidate for the Service Technician/Handyman position will be proficient in miscellaneous around the house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, tile and basic electrical. Candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen, but those candidates are welcome to apply. Qualified candidates will need a driver's license, reliable vehicle, and standard tools.
