Service Technician Apprentice

Job Description Our Septic service technicians are trained to maintain, repair and troubleshoot septic and aerobic systems. Technicians are also responsible for sewer line drain cleaning You will be responsible for the following Electrical Troubleshooting Maintain and keep service vehicle clean inside and out Keep service vehicle organized and stocked Must be able to read a volt meter Able to trouble shoot electronic components Communicate with customer before, during and after service call Troubleshoot and diagnose what the problem is and repair Figure out what caused the problem to begin with and repair it Explain everything to customer Write up service ticket and charge accordingly to our price sheet Collect from customer Document in notes in program any pictures and or memos for service call Must be Self Starter and have a work ethic that can work alone Must be motivated to move thru service calls Work in team environment Be willing to help others We have on call rotation, on call times are Monday to Monday Customer Service Skills a MUST Must be able to follow directions Must be able to think outside the box when need Must be able to follow company polices and safety protocols Must be able to work in all weather conditions for prolonged periods We offer paid vacation; health, dental, vision insurance available.
