JOB SUMMARY Serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems. This role is for a fairly new plumbing company in League City, and the plan is for this individual to move into the operations manager. The individual would possess strong character, excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, coachable, and strong emphasis on the company's core values. The company has a strong emphasis on providing a great place to work. There will be some flexibility needed as the company continues to grow in it's first year. PAY Hourly &/or Commission Based - Commensurate with Experience - $100k+/yr achievable once the business is fully established JOB DUTIES Ability to diagnose and repair drains, sewer systems, sewer/water line repairs. Knowledge of how to run a Jetter. Ability to estimate and re-pipe houses a plus Propex and Logic Press knowledge would also be a plus Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call Excellent Attention to Detail - Wears floor savers while in the client's home, maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service, tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly, ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work Properly conveys to the customer how to maintain their newly installed plumbing fixture Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times Commercial experience a plus MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Journeyman license a plus 5+ Years residential service experience Must be able to pass background check and drug screening Excellent communication skills BENEFITS Insurance 401k w/ Matching Paid time off Paid holidays Performance Pay & Bonuses SPIFF Bonuses New Vehicles.
