As a Service Plumber you will be responsible for diagnosing plumbing issues and providing effective solutions to our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and reliable services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing techniques, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Service Plumbers will be required to drive a service vehicle and travel all throughout south Florida as needed. Plumbers will also be required to be on call. Responsibilities Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively. Use a variety of plumbing tools and equipment to complete tasks. Ensure compliance with all plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper disposal of waste materials. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in plumbing technology. Read plans and meet with inspectors. Service calls. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience as a service plumber. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and materials. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to navigate customer portals on computers and mobile devices. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment and materials. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Journeyman license preferred, but not required.
