What you will be doing: You will be responsible for the service department team, handle customer service interactions, reports, and oversee repairs.
Requirements to Apply: - Must have at least 2 years of service management in a technical environment within the transportation industry, demonstrated knowledge of diesel truck, trailer, or heavy equipment mechanical knowledge.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Team oriented, self-motivated, proactive, positive outlook, goal oriented, problem solver, respectful
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
