What you'll be doing:

With your expertise in technology, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email . You will perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions to determine the best solution based on the issue. You will direct any unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel. On a regular basis, you will collaborate with other Entre departments to provide feedback or suggestions on possible improvements or procedures.

You're a self motivated person with a strong customer service background and problem-solving ability. You're able to walk a customer through the problem-solving process in language people understand. YOU LOVE TECHNOLOGY - IT isn't just a job to you. You act with integrity, and know that when the team wins, we all win.

You'll need to have:

Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.

Strong Windows Operating XP, Win 7 Win10

Microsoft 0365 experience

Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.

Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.

Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.

Proficiency in English.

Excellent communication skills.

Customer Service mindset.
