The Service Desk Analyst position requires exceptional communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and candidates must exude confidence in working with a dealing with others.

Required Skills

2-3 years of experience in an IT/Help Desk role
Ability to troubleshoot the below referenced issues (all troubleshooting is performed over the phone)
o Windows, Network, Hardware, Laptop, Monitors, Printers, WiFi, VPN, M365
o Hardware HP
o Experience troubleshooting MS Outlook (full MS shop at our customer)
o Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar system
o Able to handle 40-60 calls/daily, with a targeted response time of 2 minutes
o Solid soft skills
Strong communication abilities
Excellent customer service skills
Confidence (must be able to have confidence and be comfortable helping others)

Familiarity with Intune, SCCM, and experience in the Financial industry are all pluses.

A college degree is strongly preferred.
