Seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a 6 month extendable assignment at an international bank. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in the office.
Responsibilities:
Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software for remote users.
Provide PC hardware and software updates/upgrades.
Record all client interactions using ticketing system.
Manage user accounts in Active Directory.
Facilitate remote access for users, including laptop support.
Provide A/V support and coordinate moves.
Required:
3+ years of Desktop/Helpdesk support experience.
Proficient in Windows 10 and Active Directory.
Skilled in Audio Visual support.
Strong background in delivering excellent customer service.
