Service Coordinator

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

The Service Coordinator position in Portsmouth, NH is responsible for collaborating with other coordinators, various departments, and customers within a team-driven environment. Responsible for coordinating service technicians' daily tasks, this role involves scheduling emergent services and project activities based on guidance from the Project Management team. Direct communication with customers and technicians is essential, and the Service Coordinator will also handle follow-up services and invoicing.

Service Coordinator Responsibilities:

Schedule emergent services, addressing both customer and technician needs.

Ensure readiness of test equipment and parts.

Maintain service calendars accurately.

Conduct follow-up phone calls to customers to ensure satisfaction.

Complete open order status reports periodically.

Document all tasks meticulously in CRM software.

Answer inbound phone calls from customers.

Service Coordinator Qualifications:

Positive attitude, highly organized, and detail-oriented.

Ability to work within set deadlines, maintaining professionalism and a goal-driven approach.

Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

Flexibility to adapt and improve existing processes and procedures.

Eagerness to learn new skills and quick adaptability.

Excellent communication skills for interactions with customers via email, phone, and in-person.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.

Experience using CRM software is preferred.

Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe is advantageous.

Service Coordinator Details:

Pay Rate: $20-$23/hr

Full-Time: Monday-Friday

Shift: 8 am - 4:30 pm
