The Successful Candidate Will

Troubleshoot dish machine operations and correct mechanical problems.
Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers.
Provide on-call emergency service.
Collect customer payments and consistently follow-up to ensure accounts are current.
Deliver and pick-up chemicals.
Build rapport with decision makers.
Resolve customer concerns.
Train customers on proper usage of cleaners & sanitizers.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases.

Requirements: Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations:

Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Ability to complete a background check and drug test post-offer.
Be able to work in a fast paced, energetic, physical position.
Ability to safely drive a company vehicle.
Must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
May be required to ascend/descend stairs at the branch and customer locations.
