Service and Parts Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service and Parts Manager to join our team. The Service and Parts Manager will assist the Service Director in the operation of the maintenance and repairs of a 500-vehicle fleet. This candidate is responsible for the purchasing, ordering, receiving, storing , distributing, returning and reconciling of all parts for the shop, as well as closing completed work in a timely manner. The Service and Parts Manager will direct the staff daily and provide feedback and follow up in addition to mentoring and tracking progress or lack thereof. Requirements include: 2 years + in a supervisory position in the automotive or transportation industry (parts experience preferred); strong verbal and written skills; ability to work under pressure and meet timeline goals; Intermediate to proficiency in Microsoft Office; valid driver's license is required
