Senior Web Developer with Security Clearance

SRG is seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to join our team of Cyber Operation Analysts, Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support the planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of offensive cyberspace operations in support of aligned combatant command and designated sub-unified commands. This includes a deep understanding and experience in employing available cyberspace capabilities and creating future cyberspace capabilities. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to review, analyze, and operationalize tactical and operational-level Cyber directives. An active/in tolerance TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance will be required for access to the place of performance, system account creation to perform the tasks, and access to classified data. As a Senior Web Developer, you will interact with management and information technologists to gather and define requirements, analyze requirements to determine the most effective web technologies to satisfy customer needs and coordinate creating and collecting necessary technology components and integrating them into a coherent site design. Additionally, you will apply concepts and develop, test, maintain, and support high-performance, innovative web-based applications.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Web Developer, you will perform the following functions:

• Follow a formal design process that includes adhering to laws, standards, and established guidelines for developing and delivering the website end products.

• Designing and developing visually pleasing, content-rich, user-friendly interfaces with intuitive navigation.

• Maintaining configuration management (CM).

• Maintaining a functioning user-accessible website and coding fewer complex websites using HTML, Visual Basic, or other web-based programming languages.

• Writing documentation regarding the website's technical requirements.

• Maintaining website technical documentation to assist with website maintenance and upgrades.

• Using a variety of internet technologies, techniques, and tools such as graphics software applications and object-oriented languages (e.g., Java, CGI, Visual Basic, HTML, and XML) to create web page elements, including user interface features, site animation, special effects, databases, and e-business applications.

• Working independently on more complex projects.
Desired Requirements:

• TS/SCI with counterintelligence polygraph.

• Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills.

• Years of relevant experience and education:
o Full performance level: Four (4) years or more of web development experience and a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Four (4) years of additional web development experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).
o Senior level: Eight (8) years or more of web development experience and a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Four (4) years of additional web development experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).

• Experience analyzing and troubleshooting complex software problems and providing solutions using the latest technologies.

• Experience integrating new web products with existing web applications to improve the functionality or design of the organization's website.
