Senior Voice Technician

What you will do to contribute to the company's success Assists with voice / video component implementation and maintenance for complex integrated systems. Assists with the installation of new or modified hardware, operating systems and software applications. Monitors and gathers data on voice / video and related utilization trends, synthesizing and inputting data into relevant management systems. Analyzes and resolves data management, reporting and related issues, ensuring data is timely, accurate and accessible. May assist with drafting and design, using CAD and CAE tools to develop preliminary prototypes for voice / video system components and upgrades. Interprets design specifications, identifying missing details and ensuring final design accuracy and applicability. Qualifications 4+ years' prior experience HS Diploma or AA Degree Core Competencies Committed: Values each customer, while working hard to keep their business and support our communities.
